We accept major credit cards from a traditional banking institution. We
may accept debit cards for Imperial County residents with current proof
of income and current proof of residence.
Age Requirements
• Standard Cars: all drivers must be at least 21. For renters between the ages of 21 and
24, a daily underage fee will apply.
Please call the location from which you wish to rent for details on age restrictions for
specific vehicles.
Cancellation Policy
• Standard cars (Full-Size cars and smaller): you may cancel the same day with no
penalty.
• SUVs and VANS: 24-hour cancellation is required by email or phone to avoid penalty
fees.
Delayed Arrival
If you are running late for any reason, please call the office. Certain cars are subject to
cancellation fees if not canceled 48 hours in advance.
Extending Your Rental
To extend your rental beyond the due date shown on your contract, please call your
local rental office. Please note that the rate is subject to change.
No Show Policy
Reservations are valid and honored for up to three hours after the requested pick-up
time or until the location’s regular closing time, whichever is earlier. If the vehicle is not
picked up within three hours of the requested pick-up time your reservation status will
be changed to a NO SHOW. To avoid any problems, please contact Rent N’ Go Car
Rental if you need to change your vehicle pick-up time.
Mileage
You will have 400 free miles per day in the state of California. Please check with a rental
agent if you are traveling to another state. Exceeding the miles will incur a charge of 35
cents per mile.
Visiting Mexico
Rent N’ Go Car Rental vehicles can cross to Mexico with the purchase of Mexican
Insurance from an insurance broker. Customers interested in crossing a vehicle into
Mexico must have an American Driver’s License and purchase Mexican Insurance for
the amount of days visiting Mexico.
Excessively Dirty Vehicles
Vehicles that are returned excessively dirty, will be charged a cleaning fee ranging from
$50 to $120 depending on the vehicle.
No Smoking Vehicles
Rent N’ Go Car Rentals does not allow smoking in its vehicles. Vehicles that are
smoked in will be charged a smoking fee of $350.00
